No two events are the same, so we calculate our pricing based on the requirements of each individual event. Prices below are a very rough base price for London events (we can travel wherever you need us to, but an event in the highlands of Scotland will cost more..!). You'll need to get in touch for a bespoke quote, so we can price up exactly what you need, and how we can deliver it best.
At The Vibrations, we pride ourselves on being fully self-contained, and providing an exceptional all-in-one service. The prices below include all speakers and PA equipment, stunning lighting, and a professional technician to ensure we can put on the best spectacle on the day. You don't need to worry about any of the technical details - leave it all to us!

If you'd like to book more than one act for your event (for example, our string quartet for your wedding ceremony, DJ and sax for your drinks reception, and the 8-piece band for your main evening entertainment), we will do our best to minimise your costs by using the same incredible musicians throughout the course of the day, as much as possible.
Due to the number of options we offer, and variables such as travel and accommodation costs if necessary, it's hard to give a more definitive price than the above. Please get in touch to let us know what you're interested in, and we can arrange a chat to design your custom quote.
*These prices include VAT and assume that your event is within the M25 (central London subject to additional parking expenses and road taxes). The evening bands play 2 x 60 minute sets. Price includes two bespoke songs, e.g. for a first dance or father-daughter dance. Includes a laptop DJ service in between and after band sets, ending at midnight. All technical sound and lighting equipment is included in these prices (string quartet is acoustic only), assuming up to ~200 guests.
